Jenny Hatton

Jenny Hatton is the Senior ESG Associate at Granahan Investment Management in Boston, MA, where she leads the firm’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and research. She is responsible for developing and implementing ESG integration strategies across Granahan's investment portfolios, as well as advancing shareholder engagement efforts and contributing to the Future Pathways sustainable investing strategy, which focuses on U.S. small- and mid-cap companies positioned to benefit from positive environmental and social change.

Her expertise centers on research and due diligence within the small- and mid-cap (SMID cap) universe, particularly companies involved in sustainable clean energy, water management, and waste reduction solutions. Jenny plays a key role in evaluating company fundamentals, governance, and societal impact, aiming to identify firms that drive growth through innovation in sustainability and contribute to long-term value creation for investors.

Prior to her current role, Jenny was an ESG Associate at Granahan and previously served as VP of Development at SHARP INDEPENDENT PICTURES, LLC. She is a graduate of Brimmer and May and Emerson College, bringing strong analytical skills and a multidisciplinary background to her leadership in ESG and sustainable investment within the asset management sector.
