Jeff Markarian

Jeff Markarian is Managing Director at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., where he plays a key role on the Investments & Portfolio Management team, focusing on the identification, evaluation, and selection of investment managers for the firm's suite of active ETFs and funds. In this capacity, he specializes in global, international, and emerging market equities, leveraging his expertise to source compelling, risk-adjusted investment solutions across multiple sectors beyond just technology, including innovative and disruptive growth opportunities.

Previously, Jeff served as a Senior Research Consultant at NEPC, LLC, where he led research coverage for global, international, and emerging market equities from 2002 to 2017, and worked as an asset manager consultant before joining Harbor Capital. His deep experience in manager research and portfolio construction informs his current responsibilities in overseeing due diligence and manager selection across asset classes.

Jeff earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston University.
