Dylan Potter, CFA, CFP®, is a Partner at Howe & Rusling, Inc., a wealth management firm headquartered in Rochester, NY. In his current role, he is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions, guiding clients in achieving their long-term financial objectives, and serving as a senior member of the firm's leadership team. Dylan specializes in holistic financial planning and investment management, with an emphasis on public equities, fixed income, and multi-asset portfolios for individuals, families, and institutional investors.

Dylan brings a robust background in leadership and operations from his service as a Battalion Operations Officer in the Army National Guard and as an Infantry Company Commander in the U.S. Army, experiences that underscore his disciplined and strategic approach to portfolio management. His expertise spans asset allocation, risk management, retirement planning, and estate strategies, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of diverse asset classes and investor needs.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in United States History, Dylan is a CFA charterholder and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
