Jasen Pinkerton

Jasen Pinkerton is the Associate Vice President and Senior Quantitative Analyst of Public Finance at PMA Financial Network, LLC, based in Illinois. In this role, he specializes in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and advisory support for municipal bond transactions and public finance clients, frequently serving as a municipal advisor on complex debt offerings for school districts, municipalities, and other governmental entities.

Pinkerton’s expertise is concentrated in the public finance sector, particularly focusing on municipal bonds, governmental securities, and investment solutions for local governments and public agencies. His work includes structuring, bidding, and analytics related to public sector debt issuance, collaborating closely with clients throughout Illinois and the broader Midwest region.

He began his career as a Public Finance and Asset Management Intern at Ramirez & Co., Inc., before joining PMA in 2015. Jasen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University and has a credential from the Investment Banking Institute, providing him a strong foundation in economic analysis, fixed income, and capital markets relevant to the municipal sector.
