Erin Wedepohl

Erin Wedepohl is the Head of Private Equity and a senior managing director at the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation, based in Austin, TX. She oversees the private equity allocation, developing strategy, manager sourcing, due diligence, contracting, portfolio management, and performance assessment for the Fund’s private equity investments. Her remit includes both primary fund commitments and secondary investments, with active coverage across traditional buyouts, growth equity, and private credit within the broader private equity portfolio.

Under Erin’s leadership, the Texas Permanent School Fund’s private equity portfolio is diversified across North America, Europe, and Asia, with a strong focus on manager relationships, rigorous underwriting, and long-term value generation.
