Timothy Williams

Timothy Williams is an Investment Officer at the Texas Permanent School Fund Corporation (PSF) based in Austin, Texas, where he oversees portfolio management and asset allocation for one of the nation's largest education endowments. In this role, Williams is responsible for investment research, manager due diligence, and implementing strategies that align with the fund’s mandate to support public education across Texas. His responsibilities include analyzing capital markets, evaluating potential investment opportunities, and optimizing risk-adjusted returns for the PSF.
