Jonathan Shaham

Jonathan Shaham, CFA, is an Analyst at Sustainable Growth Advisers, LP, based in Stamford, CT, where he is also a member of the Investment Committee. In his current role, Jonathan focuses on identifying and researching high-quality, global growth companies, with an emphasis on businesses exhibiting predictable, sustainable long-term earnings growth and strong economic resilience. He is actively involved in deep company research and due diligence across a diverse universe of global equities, particularly those that demonstrate strong financial strength and pricing power, while avoiding highly cyclical sectors such as commodities or regulated utilities.

Prior to joining Sustainable Growth Advisers as an Analyst in 2022, Jonathan interned with the firm as a Research Analyst and also held a pre-MBA research internship at Broad Run Investment Management, LLC, gaining experience in equity analysis and investment research. These roles helped him develop a keen expertise in fundamental research and portfolio analysis within the global equity asset class.

Jonathan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland College Park. As a CFA charterholder, he brings a rigorous analytical approach to his investment work and contributes to the development of SGA’s high-conviction portfolios. His work supports SGA’s recognition as a leading manager in global growth equity strategies.
