Andrew Rosenberg

Andrew J. Rosenberg is a General Partner at WEDGE Capital Management L.L.P., based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He leads idea generation for the firm's Traditional Equity platform and serves as the head of mid cap and large cap equity strategies, focusing on value investing for institutional clients. Rosenberg's sector and asset class expertise lies primarily in publicly traded equities, where he directs research and investment decisions for U.S. mid cap and large cap stocks.

With over 25 years of investment industry experience, Rosenberg joined WEDGE in 2007 after notable roles at Bank of America, including Vice President in the Strategic Investments Group, where he executed private equity transactions, and work in leveraged finance and syndicated loans. He also previously worked at Goldman Sachs.

Andrew holds a CFA charter, a BA in English from Colgate University, and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. As a member of WEDGE’s Investment Policy Committee, he has contributed significantly to the firm's disciplined and fundamentally driven approach to equity investing and portfolio management.
