Anthony Schulz

Anthony Schulz is Vice President - Collateralized Loan Obligations at Brigade Capital Management, LP, based in New York. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing portfolio management, structuring, and analytics of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, focusing on the leveraged loan and structured credit markets. His work centers on managing CLO investments and supporting the firm’s efforts in structured finance products, particularly those backed by corporate loans.

Prior to his current position, Anthony advanced from a CLO Associate at Brigade, building his technical expertise in financial analysis, data-driven decision making, and structured product management. He previously served as a Structured Finance Analyst at EY, and held analytical and consulting internships at JMI Equity, Knollwood Investment Advisory, and Billtrust, further diversifying his industry exposure.

Anthony earned his BBA from Loyola University Maryland with a double major in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Information Systems, graduating with multiple academic honors including Beta Gamma Sigma and repeated Dean’s List recognition. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), underscoring his strong foundation in finance and accounting. His expertise extends across structured finance, financial modeling, and leveraging technology in investment analysis, specifically within the CLO and broader structured credit sector.
