Emily Keinz

Emily Keinz is Director of Portfolio Analytics and Trading at Brigade Capital Management, LP, based in New York, NY. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing portfolio analytics, implementing trading strategies, and contributing to the evaluation of credit-oriented investments across a multi-strategy, multi-asset class platform. Her current focus includes high yield credit, bank loans, structured credit, and opportunistic strategies, supporting the firm's investment decisions through a rigorous, bottom-up research approach that integrates ESG and climate risk assessment into portfolio construction.

Before joining Brigade, Emily served as an Associate at Black Diamond Capital Management and Silver Point Capital, where she gained hands-on experience in portfolio analysis and credit investing. She has built her career in the credit investment field, developing deep expertise in corporate credit markets, trading, and analytics for complex fixed income portfolios.

Emily holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from SUNY Brockport. She is recognized for her command of portfolio risk analytics, credit research, and her ability to integrate ESG considerations into investment decisions, contributing to Brigade’s leadership in responsible credit investing.
