Conor Dillon

Conor Dillon is currently an Analyst at Brigade Capital Management, LP, a New York-based global investment firm specializing in credit-focused strategies. In his role, Dillon is responsible for conducting fundamental research and analysis across various credit instruments, supporting portfolio managers in evaluating issuers and asset performance within Brigade’s credit platform, which includes high yield bonds, leveraged loans, CLOs, and private credit.

Dillon's sector coverage centers on below investment grade credit markets, including liquid credit, structured credit, and alternative credit strategies. He collaborates with a team known for their expertise in high yield, distressed debt, structured credit, and direct lending, contributing to the firm’s disciplined approach in identifying relative value opportunities and assessing ESG risks as part of the investment process.

Prior to joining Brigade Capital Management in 2020, Dillon worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at DBO Partners, where he developed analytical expertise in complex credit and M&A transactions. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and is an alumnus of Regis High School, reflecting a solid foundation in analytical finance and investment research. His experience and focus on credit sectors make him a valuable member of Brigade’s distinguished investment team.
