Florian Kass

Florian Kass is an Investment Analyst at Brigade Capital Management, LP, based in London, where he focuses on credit strategies within the European business services sector. At Brigade, he is responsible for conducting fundamental, bottom-up research to identify attractive investment opportunities across the capital structure, with a particular emphasis on credit assets such as high yield bonds and loans. He is part of the firm's European investment team, applying deep analytical expertise to support Brigade’s credit investment strategies in the region.

Before joining Brigade Capital Management in 2019, Florian served at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he advanced from Associate to Vice President within the Distressed Credit and Special Situations group. His work at RBS focused on distressed and opportunistic credit investing, further developing his expertise in complex credit situations and special assets.

Florian holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Universität Mannheim, a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Cologne Business School, and has completed additional studies at EDHEC Business School and San Diego State University.
