Fujun Wu, CFA, is a Director and Portfolio Manager/Senior Analyst at Brown Capital Management LLC, having joined the firm in October 2023. She is a key member of the firm's acclaimed Small Company Team, where she is responsible for identifying, researching, and managing investments in small-cap growth companies, focusing on 'Exceptional Growth Companies' for the Small Company Fund. Wu specializes in the small-cap equity sector, contributing expertise in sourcing innovative businesses with high potential across diverse industries within the U.S. equity market.

Prior to joining Brown Capital, Fujun held generalist portfolio manager and analyst roles at leading global investment firms including Jackson Square Partners, Aberdeen Standard Investments, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Her broad experience has provided her with deep insights into various asset classes and investment strategies, with a principal focus on growth equities and small-cap investment selection.
