Annalise Durante

Annalise Durante is a Vice President, Senior ESG Analyst, and Investment Counselor at Bailard, Inc., based in Vail, Colorado. In this role, she leads research for the Sustainable, Responsible, and Impact Investing (SRII) group, contributes to thought leadership and corporate engagement, and manages client relationships emphasizing ESG integration and impact investment strategies. Her responsibilities include implementing investment strategies that align with both financial goals and positive societal or environmental outcomes, and providing guidance on sustainable portfolio construction.

Durante specializes in the development and oversight of investments across public equities and fixed income, with a focus on sectors such as decarbonization, renewable energy, financial inclusion, and other impact themes. She is notably involved in the management and research of Bailard’s Broad Impact strategy, which invests in companies and bonds that deliver measurable environment or social benefits, including green bonds and social impact bonds. Her expertise extends to identifying investments that address key global challenges, such as climate change and poverty, and ensuring portfolio alignment with ESG best practices.

Earlier in her career, Annalise served as a Senior ESG Analyst and Portfolio Associate at Bailard, and was a Fellow at ImpactSpace where she advanced impact investment research. She holds a BSBA in Finance from the University of Miami – School of Business and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Her decade-long career combines financial acumen with demonstrated leadership in sustainable and impact investing, and she has made meaningful contributions to expanding investment accessibility and rigorous ESG impact measurement.
