Madison Hardy is a Senior SRII Research Analyst at Bailard, Inc., based in New York, NY. In her current role, she focuses on Sustainable, Responsible, and Impact Investing (SRII), contributing research and analysis that support Bailard's investment strategies and corporate engagement within the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) sector. She is actively involved in evaluating investment opportunities and monitoring performance, with a particular emphasis on responsible investing practices and social impact, aligning with Bailard’s commitment to diversity and sustainability.

Prior to Bailard, Madison gained valuable experience as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where she developed expertise in business and credit analysis, as well as strategic planning for a variety of sectors. She also served as a MAP D-League Fellow and Team Captain at Make A Play Foundation, demonstrating leadership in team management and youth development.
