Karl Dasher

Karl Dasher is the President of Polen Capital Management LLC, where he is responsible for investment team administration and plays a key role in shaping the firm's strategic direction. At Polen Capital, he has helped drive the firm’s expansion into global markets and has been involved in developing its credit strategies, particularly as the firm increases its presence in Asia and global credit sectors.

Dasher’s career spans over two decades in asset management, with leadership roles including CEO at Brigade Capital Management and multiple senior positions at Schroders, most notably as CEO of North America and Co-Head of Fixed Income. His expertise centers on fixed income and credit markets, and he has a strong background in institutional investment management, including time as Executive Vice-President and Global Chief Investment Officer at SEI Investments.

He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Columbia University and London Business School. Dasher is recognized for his leadership in building and managing high-performing investment teams, and he is also actively engaged as a trustee and Investment Committee Chair for the Georgia Tech Foundation.
