Chelsea Kelly

Chelsea Charette Kelly is Senior Vice President at WEDGE Capital Management L.L.P., based in Charlotte, NC, where she is responsible for client portfolio management and client service for institutional investors. She is a member of the firm's Investment Policy Committee and has over 14 years of experience in the investment industry.

Her areas of expertise include managing diversified portfolios in both equity and fixed income asset classes, with specific focus on investment-grade bonds, small-mid-large cap value equities, and systematic model-driven strategies within sector-defined mandates. She oversees core, intermediate, and liability-driven fixed income strategies as well as model-based equity portfolios focused on U.S. stocks spanning the large cap, mid cap, and small cap segments.

Prior to joining WEDGE in 2019, Chelsea served as Vice President at Millennium Advisors, managing buy side trading relationships, and held client relationship management roles at Fred Alger Management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College and has distinguished herself as an expert in client service and institutional portfolio management.
