Robert O'Dell

Robert O’Dell, CFA, CAIA, serves as Senior Vice President at WEDGE Capital Management, where he is responsible for client portfolio management, consultant relations, and business development. He brings over 19 years of investment experience and is a key member of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee, actively shaping portfolio strategy and supporting institutional client relationships.

His expertise covers value-focused equity and fixed income strategies for institutional clients, including large cap, mid cap, and small cap equity portfolios across various sectors, as well as investment grade bond portfolios. He emphasizes disciplined, research-driven approaches applied consistently within each asset class, aligning with WEDGE’s long-term value investing philosophy.

Prior to joining WEDGE Capital in 2023, Robert was Senior Vice President at Alger and held earlier roles at New York Life Investment Management and Ameriprise Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University and is credentialed as both a CFA and CAIA charterholder, reflecting his broad expertise and commitment to the investment industry.
