Conor Deveney

Conor Deveney is a Principal at Greycroft, based in New York, where he focuses on late-stage and public investments. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments across both public and private markets, drawing on a decade of experience in equity research and portfolio management. At Greycroft, Conor specifically covers sectors such as technology, internet, and mobile markets, with particular emphasis on crossover and growth-stage opportunities in these asset classes.

Before joining Greycroft in 2023, Conor was an investor at Axon Capital—a crossover hedge fund—where he specialized in public and private company investing, and previously held significant roles at WCM Investment Management overseeing large-scale public equity portfolios. Earlier in his career, he developed expertise in leveraged finance and equity research at Evercore and J.P. Morgan, providing a strong foundation for his investment approach.

Conor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College and attended Phillips Academy. He is recognized for his analytical rigor and significant contributions to portfolio management in technology and global equities, and was an NCAA All-American student athlete in swimming at Amherst.
