Katie McDowell is the Senior Investor Relations Associate at Greycroft Partners, based in New York. In her current role, she oversees investor relations reporting, manages fundraising processes, builds relationships with limited partners, and contributes to community development and brand positioning for the firm. Greycroft focuses on early- to growth-stage investments in technology-driven sectors, including internet, mobile, and related industries, and her work supports these targeted asset classes.

Prior to joining Greycroft in 2022, Katie built a diverse background in global investor relations and fundraising at Silver Lake, a premier technology-focused investment firm, and in strategic management consulting at Bain & Company. Her experience bridges financial services, technology investment, and operational strategy, providing a strong foundation for her current responsibilities supporting Greycroft’s portfolio and investor base.

Katie graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BA in Economics and International Relations. Her academic background spans mathematics, business finance, and international economics, contributing to her expertise in fund management, investor communications, and financial strategy within the venture capital and private equity domains.
