Mark Terbeek

Mark Terbeek is a Partner at Greycroft based in Los Angeles, where he focuses on software investments, particularly in sectors such as enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, and cloud infrastructure. He plays a key role in Greycroft’s early- and growth-stage investments, actively working with portfolio companies including BlueX, Clovers, Clozd, Guidewheel, Howdy, Icertis, Kandji, Leena.ai, Ocient, Salsa, and Prezent AI. His notable exits include Scopely, Openpath, Octiv, and Teem, demonstrating a track record of successful outcomes in technology and digital media.

Mark’s career spans significant roles as Partner at MK Capital, where he managed investments in media and technology, and as co-founder and Vice President of Corporate Development at Jamcracker, an early SaaS startup. He has served on the boards of numerous technology startups and advised acquisitions by companies such as Avaya, Warner Brothers, BMC, and Comcast. In addition to his work at Greycroft, Mark is involved in nonprofit leadership as Chairperson of the Board at LA Dance Project and as a board member at Icertis.

Mark holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from DePauw University. His expertise lies in identifying, supporting, and scaling early-stage software ventures, with a strong focus on enterprise cloud solutions, digital media, and next-generation IT platforms.
