Leonardo Jacobovicz is currently a Data Governance Summer Analyst at Polen Capital Management LLC in New York, where he works on optimizing data integrity and management strategies that support the firm's investment operations. His responsibilities center on enhancing the reliability and accessibility of data used by investment teams, with a focus on streamlining data processes pertinent to equity and credit strategies.

Prior to joining Polen Capital, Leonardo gained exposure to the financial sector through the Possibilities Summit at Goldman Sachs and technical experience as a Core Engineering Analyst at Arlequim Technologies. His technical proficiency and interest in data-centric roles position him well to contribute to asset managers working across global equity and high-yield credit sectors—two of Polen Capital's main investment focus areas.

Leonardo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Data Science at the University of Southern California, complemented by a minor in Cybersecurity from USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He has further enriched his background with summer coursework in technology innovation at Cornell University and game theory at Brown University, building expertise in data governance, investment analytics, and technical security relevant to asset management.
