Jeffrey Rosenkranz

Jeffrey Rosenkranz is a Portfolio Manager at Shelton Capital Management in Greenwich, CT, where he oversees the Shelton Tactical Credit Fund and manages the firm's fixed income separately managed accounts. With over 23 years of experience, Rosenkranz specializes in the U.S. credit markets, focusing on high-yield bonds, distressed debt, and special situation investments. He is also involved in ESG and impact investing initiatives within fixed income portfolios, implementing strategies across investment grade and high-yield sectors.

Prior to joining Shelton Capital in 2019, Rosenkranz was Portfolio Manager and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Cedar Ridge Partners, and has held roles at Cooperstown Capital Management, Durham Asset Management, Ernst & Young LLP, and The Delaware Bay Company. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Fairfield University's Charles F. Dolan School of Business, reflecting a commitment to advancing industry knowledge and mentoring the next generation of finance professionals.

Rosenkranz holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Duke University. Throughout his career, he has established a track record in managing credit strategies and fixed income portfolios through multiple economic and credit cycles, with particular expertise in credit research, portfolio construction, and risk management in core fixed income asset classes.
