Paul Rapponotti

Paul Rapponotti is a Portfolio Manager at Shelton Capital Management, based in St. Louis, MO. He joined Shelton following the firm's acquisition of Rockwood Capital Advisors LLC, where he was a founding partner, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer. At Shelton, Rapponotti’s responsibilities include overseeing fixed income portfolio management and trading, focusing on institutional client accounts across public funds, Taft-Hartley plans, and corporate mandates.

His career spans nearly three decades in the investment management industry, with specialized expertise in fixed income securities and portfolio strategy. Rapponotti previously served as a senior portfolio manager at Boatmen’s Trust Company and spent five years as a capital markets analyst with Chemical Bank (now Chase Manhattan Corp.), where he focused on fixed income research.
