Marcie Vu is a Partner at Greycroft, based in San Francisco, where she leads the firm's expansion in the Bay Area and focuses on investments in software and technology-driven companies. Before joining Greycroft in 2023, Marcie was a Partner at Qatalyst Partners, where she built and led the Consumer Technology M&A group and advised on major strategic transactions including LinkedIn’s sale to Microsoft, Honey’s sale to PayPal, and significant IPOs for platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Alibaba.com, Pandora, and Zynga. She also served as Head of Consumer Internet Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, further deepening her expertise in consumer internet, fintech, and enterprise software. Marcie has held independent board director roles at Blockchain.com, ThredUP, Scopely, and serves on the Executive Committee for Savvy Games Group.

Marcie holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Renowned for her leadership in notable tech IPOs and acquisitions, she is recognized for scaling teams and providing strategic counsel to category-defining companies over more than two decades, with expertise spanning consumer tech, software, fintech, and AI-driven platforms.
